Looking for fairly technical/fast riders for X/C and All Mountain type riding. I'm in Simi and have hit quite a few of the local trails (Rocky Peak, Chumash, Hummingbird, Wildwood, etc. Looking for someone or a group to ride with. I'm not into breakneck downhill or multi hour epic endurance rides, but I do like to hit the trails harder than the weekend warrior crew. Nights and weekends are best. Hit me up! Re: third time's a charm?
Hello, my name is Rich Straub. I am going to be in Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village Thursday-Sunday Jan. 29 – Feb. 1, as a guest of California Lutheran University. I am looking to rent a mountain bike and ride some area mountain bike trails. I’m happy to rent a bike, but was hoping to hook up with a local rider to serve as a ride partner and provide transportation from shop to trailhead and back. I am staying at Westlake Village Inn.
I live in Golden, Colorado, just west of Denver and have access to well over 100 miles of killer single track out my back door. I would be happy to return the favor for any rider from your shop if they ever found themselves in the mile high city.
I can be reached via email or at (303)596-7661. Thanks. Rich Straub

Hey there, I might be up for taking you up on your riding buddy offer / idea. I am interested in riding in the OrangeCounty area, but would be willing to travel to LA or San Francisco 2-3 times / month for a highly decent or better trail.
I am equal parts XC/Endurance and Downhill. I've ridden Bellingham in Washington state (years ago) and found miles of highly technical singletrack in the forest to be the pinnacle of my riding experiences so far.
