So i'm looking for a bike for my buddy. Anyone out there have or ridden a Iron Horse Warrior Expert. The component package looks pretty good, I haven't heard of the Manitou Splice fork.

Yeahs a couple of CD's before the ride is a good way to 'PUMP...(clap).....YOU UP', without CD's you could get trapped in a nasty flab-erlanche. Posted by Rydman17 a 27 year old Cross-Country Rider riding a Loaded Pintail from Robillac City on 08/12/05

Re: Iron Horse Warrior Expert
I have had two (ones in bike heaven) they kick a**. They are very popular in Canada (where I am From) and in Europe for downhill racing. My first one I beat to death on downhill and ice racing - and no problems untill I slid over it on the ice with my truck...(oops)
My buddy just bought one at Performance for 559.00 USD , quite a cry from the +/- 800.00 USD out the door they usually go for.
They are very well outfitted. If you dont believe me 'GOOGLE' the component parts, you'll see.

The Performance Bike page is below.
