I do, Dusty Bottoms does, Wadsworth McStackton does to name a few - we all use the EVS ones - work great, don't mess with your riding at all....

best deal is to get a pair from Pricepoint

How do these things stop you from hyperextending your wrist?

the hard inserts extend up the back of your hand a ways (past the wrist), when you tighten the velcro straps the hand can be bent forward but not too far back...you can adjust how stiff they are by adding/subtracting layers of stiff stuff (it's some sort of plastic or something) - on my bad wrist I use both that are provided (making for very stiff) - on my good wrist I use just the thick one (firm, but a little more movement) - there is also a thin one you could use for the least amount of support

Wrist supports, armor, etc, are for pu$$ies. Might as well have a kick stand, too, if you're going to take all the minor risks out of being gnarly. I'm sure you guys carry "emergency use" bandages for each and every little scrape/scratch you get on the trail. Do us a favor and just stay home...leave the trails to real "go big" riders like me, Old Heckler, Duggle, and Joe Truth.

I used to wear the rollerblade type guards after two bad sprains...but they are just too uncomfortable. The plastic insert digs into your palm when pressing on the bar. I might have to check out the ones discussed below.

But you know how it goes...you'll never hit your wrist until the one day you forget to wear them ;-)

Check out a local dirt bike shop or something like that as well. I had one don't remember the name though.

The roster has been beefed up as a result and will include riders such as former world under 23 champion Gerald Ciolek, past Giro d’Italia TT winner Ignatus Konovalovas and Tour of Portugal stage victor Jay Thomson.http://www.zorromall.com/

It is better to use wrist band while riding in mountains which helps the rider to have firm grip on catching the handle bar of the bike. I have read from one the article posted in best paper writing service blog those bikers also use sprain bandage on their writs for good support and it prevent them from getting injured.
