HEY, I HAVE A SCHWINN MESSA FRONT SUSPENSION(2002). I NEED TO SET BIKE UP FOR UPRIGHT RIDING COMFORT SO TO ELIMINATE SORE NECK AND SHOULDERS. DON'T KNOW WHAT SIZE DIA. THE VERTICAL STEM IS.
