Don't worry, every mountain biker's dirty little secret is that they got a roadie. I really do enjoy the long climbs on empty mountain roads like Deer Creek or Latigo in the SM's or say Mt. I rode from Sherman Oaks to the top of Mt. Baldy a couple weeks ago. Apparently, that climb is one of the few that compares to the climbs in the Pyranees. Riding from Sherman Oaks made the ride about 120 miles. I'm told that is the 'simulation' ride that all the guys wanting to ride TDF do for training...

Seeing as how I no longer have hippy hair, I have to do something with them. I still don't have a computer for the bike so I have my GPS strapped to the down tube. The hairband is holding together the busted wristband. :D Posted by CFIT on 06/27/07
