No fun rides for Papo no more. It is 24 hrs a day training 7days a week for the Cal State Expert 30-34 07' champ! he won't be riding this ride unless his average hr is above that which would kill the rest of us!
                I am back!

Don't believe his location description...he ain't anywhere near Los Angeles right now! Crossy, the bike tour was actually quite fun. I was lucky enough to be in the front group and was able to freely pedal the whole time. Was the 102nd to cross the finish. It's a nice ride if you can get out in front away from the mad crush.

      Conga-trulations mang !

Fer sure, 5:20 worth of jogging is something to clap about, cheezuz.,
5 freaking 20, chingon, was it like when La Migra is hot on chur tracks ? hahahah.

at that rate chu can jog to Tijuana and back while we hang back with Jack and before we see Joe.
bettter yet, it's early on, so sign up for STP's or Pain Freak 1 man solo, all terrain and range support crew...
like doode, 6 miles out and your there swaping tubes, 10 miles out passing cold brews, just around the last bend replacing batteries or last but not least humping their back just for plain 'ol support ;~)

next thing chu know Papochulio and Co. will be trying to keep up with chu, viva los snickers !!!

      Excellent!

"Next year, under 5 hours or better.."

Ya know that's how it all starts? You'll want that 4:30. Then sub 4:00. Then you start thinking BQ. Or it will go the other way and sooner or later you find yourself running 100 milers.
