Chino Hills Park is in both San Bernardino & Orange County. This trailhead is off of Soquel Canyon Pkwy just west of the 71 fwy in San Bernardino County. Exit Soquel Canyon Pkwy off the 71 fwy in Los Serranos. Travel southwest about 1 mile to Elinvar Dr. Turn left and drive 1/3 mile to Sapphire Rd.
