Full service pro and family shop. Professional road bike fittings, shop rides, and local cycling resources.
Just bought a 2005 Stumpjumper there. Mostly good service - they were a bit busy at times during my 2 hour purchase, so my sales guy got pulled off on other stuff occasionally. But overall, good, low pressure sales environment. Might have done better on price at Supergo, but it's a long drive and I have not read good things about their service and UC waived the sales tax (about $120 on my purchase). UC also includes wheel truing as part of their lifetime service on bikes purchased there, which they claim is unusual. My only disappointment was the bike was not tuned up well out the door - I have had the chain come off 3x already in my first ride. Bottom line - consider them if you are interested in good service, a low pressure buying environment and don't want to deal with the Supergo's and Performance supershops. |

This shop offered that one on one sevice that I look for. The knoledge of the staff really helped me to select a bike that was right for me. The best thing about this shop was the amount of selection that I found, with five dif.manufacture I felt that assured that I had every option.

Friendly, unhurried service. Doesn't have that monster-chain-store impersonal feel.
