Full service Repair Shop, Great selection of Accsessories, And Skateboard stuff
I went to Don's looking for a road bike, a mountain bike and a
tandem. Before the owner, Scott, knew of my interest in so many
bikes, he, himself, went with me on a ride around the block
pointing out details of the bike I was interested in. He gave me so
much attention and time; real personable! That's customer service.
That's a bike shop I know will take care of me.

My girlfriend and I went to Donís last weekend, and were very pleased with the great service. Wayne and Aaron helped us out. Both very nice. We will defiantly be going back. I would have to say this is the best place to shop in the Inland Empire for Bikes.

I had bought 4 bikes from Redlands Cyclery and had gotten to know the people there very well. But if you are not apart of their Elitist attitude they brush you off and don't take care of you at all. Over the years they are constantly changing staff because even their employees don't like working there. So I went to Don's to get some repairs done and met Scott and Wayne the owners what a pleasant surprise as they were both very responsive to my needs and made some remarks to fixing my bike that didn't cost me anything but the time to listen. This Store goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best prices and best service you can get from a Bike shop. I am deeply glad that I have begun to use them. I would never recommend to any of my friends to go into Redlands Cyclery because I knew they would not get good service but now I am constantly sending business to Don's bike shop and have not had one friend come back to me with anything other then Praise for their store.

The 0wners Scott and Wayne are great. I came to cycling 2 years ago and they always were always willing to help. Wheather that ment an explanation or a repair. I have bought both my bikes and all my gear here. Scott is a former California Road Champion and a joy to learn from. This is the epitomy of the local, on your side, for the sport, work with you shop. All of their bikes include lifetime tweaking. They have been great.
