Condescending ignorant teenagers and condescending ignorant "bike guys". If you don't immediately show to either that you know what you are talking about, (like yelling at a dog), you WILL be condescended to.

Other than that, they have all the latest carbon s*it from Wisconsin, and etc.

Oh, and who do I talk to about getting some EPOroids in this place?

If we have a fist fight, and I "kick your ass" will you stop being such a douchebag?

Typical bikeshop assh*les. Fu*k you. Go play football if you want to measure dicks.

I went in to Redlands Cyclery today, and I was plesently suprised. I was greated at the front of the store and pointed in the right direction. The check out was a little slow, but my sales person was friendly, and even asked me about a few of the things I was buying (supplaments). They seemed to have a bigger selection of MTB rather than road, but the road selection was pretty good.

I've been going there for years now. The people are great, knowledgeable, and fun. You purchase a bike from them they'll tune it when needed and the support is incredible! I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

I've been to this shop several times in the past six or seven months and they've always been very helpful, answered my questions, and shown me alternatives to what I was looking at. When I bought my bike there recently, I had no problems, the salesman spent almost an hour helping me select shoes and fitting the bike to me. When I took it in for an adjustment a couple weeks later, they fixed it right up on the spot. Good shop. Nice folks.

I've probably done business with this shop 20 or 30 times in the past 10 years and they do seem to have a high turn-over rate among their staff which may account for the widely varying reviews. It's true some employees have been elitist but they don't seem to last very long. The only problem I've ever had with this shop is when I purchased a Campy racing triple upgrade. I found out several years later that they had substituted a Shimano bottom bracket without telling me. It turns out that a Shimano BB and a Campy triple ring are not 100% compatable. The bottom bracket sheared when I stood on a hill and put me in the hospital. I'm not saying the substitution caused the accident, but when I pay for Campy I expect Campy. In terms of local bike shops I put them above Acme but below Cycletek.

This bike shop is so cool. Everyone is so nice and it is a friendly atmosphere. I dont understand why nobody likes them. Maybe you should give them another chance.

Matt a 20 year old Cross-Country Rider,
This shop is not for the novice rider. As I have gotten more into the sport the happier I am that I started at Dons in Rialto. Getting attention to buy anything or even ask a question was tough. When they do finally give you some attention they are somewhat nice, but elitest.

I thought that they were very kind. But it seemed like the guy that helped me only knew mountain bikes but not much about bmxing. The guy was nice and all but he couldn't tell a two pice crank apart from a three pice. But maybe that was a good thing senice that probably saved me 20 bucks!

Their mechanic, Chuck is great. He does the best work on complex repairs and shocks of all the local bike shops in the Inland Empire. The sacrifice is it takes a while since he is so busy. He is friendly too. This bike shop is good if they get to know you, but the owner is not a bike person. He is not all that great to his employees, and sometimes hires guys that do not know too much about bikes. They do have good sale prices, competitive prices on complete bikes, and if you have top of the line equipment, they know how to fix and maintain it right.

They suck! They do not know how to help their customers. They are realy rude, you have to sit at the desk with a product in your hands to even be taked to. And the employees don't even know what they are talking about sometimes.

I HATE THIS BIKE SHOP!!!! i bought my schwinn (bmx)from them and they were all very cold about the whole thing. i will never go to this shop again, not even for maintnence, they always raise your seat REAL HIGH and mess with your brakes. am i the only one who feels this way?

RYAN RUST a 16 year old Weekend Warrior, riding a CANNONDALE,
definite elitist attitudes towards novice riders, however if these guys know you and know you know what your talking about they tend to loosen up a bit. this is the only large shop in the area and it shows both in prices and the attitudes of the employees. Accesories here are commonly double the price of what you find online
or at discount bike shops (Supergo,Performance, Etc.) If you live in Redlands and have the time to drive down to Fountain Valley take a trip to Supergo. It is the biggest bike shop i have ever been to and it has incredible deals friendly salespeople and a huge inventory.

I have bought 2 bikes from these guys. A 1999 Schwinn Frontier for my wife and a 2000 Trek 6000(by the way this bike is awsome). Both my experiences with them were excellent. Dan took the time to fit both our bikes, we are both short, but he spent the time, let us test ride and gave us a nice deal. My hats off to these guys.

I love this shop, and I hate it. I got a good deal on the bike, but they couldn't compare to mail order places when it came to upgrades. The techs did a really good job of installing some of the upgrades (shocks/cranks/etc). However they aren't very friendly, and often don't look like they want to be there.

All the cycling equipment I own is from the Redlands Cyclery. Their stock is good, products are the best available, and their service is top quality. Their technical support is far above average. I will continue to go to them for my cycling needs. They support local teams and help host the Redlands Bicycle Classic, the biggest stage race in the US.
Ceck out their shop-you'll find what you're looking for.

Don't expect the instant bro-deal, but you probably don't really deserve it anyway. Reasonable help on the floor, not much attitude and the mechs were real straight shooters. The gal from ordering knows every imaginable product line and their respective histories--she can usually point out why it grenaded your last time out. That's pretty helpful with either warranty or upgrade concerns.

Every time I go into this shop, I get an uneasy
feeling. A feeling like I don't belong there. A
feeling that they don't want me there. Probably
because all the employees are in the back shop,
and don't care about their customers. Even if I
wanted to buy something I couldn't because they
don't care enough to wait on me, oreven in some
way acknowledge that there is a customer in their
store! Oh, well. There's always ACME Bikes, where
the guys are friendly and actually care that
you've honored their store by shopping there

The best shop in the Inland Empire. Greg Johnson the Manager is the one of the nicest guys you will ever meet (keep you daugters @ home. Eddy is just plain cool, and Tan Dan knows how to work on bikes very well. Everyone that I've everyknown from there was a FAST Rider.
ps Craig Kundig is the best
