After 10 years laid off from bicycle racing they have patiently helped me get my old bike tune up. Robert has an excellent customer service and always willing to go an extra mile to help out with anything the customer needs. Mark the store owner is also extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have been to a lot of different bike shop in the past 20+ years and they are far the BEST! Lucky me they are also local to my home.

I have been to both the Upland and Rancho shops. Both were great. They answered all of my questions and never pressured me to buy anything. I am just starting to ride and needed a lot of info. Their prices were very reasonable and the two years of free service is what ultimately sold me. I have been back to purchase accessories and each time has been pleasant. I highly recommend this shop.

I have given these guys multiple chances. I don't need
their advice but would just like to buy their product and
support a LBS. They just can't seem to come up with
any help every time I need something or want to order
something I am wrong... the customer is right and will
spend money if you don't try and tell them they are
dumb. ignore their shop unless you need a tube.

Stopped in one weekend looking for some Speedplay pedals and Sidi road shoes. They had no Sidi's at all and not even 1 road shoe in my size. The guy just talked down the Sidi's and the Speedplay's saying they were over-rated. To keep this short, I wasn't impressed with their shop at all. I drove to the Supergo in Fountain Valley and ended up dropping $500 there instead with their markdown madness sale. Huge selection and low prices. Can't beat that.

Does anyone make Sealed bearings for 1-piece cranks? Like maybe you carry them, Competitive Edge?

I have been to both their Rancho and Upland shops and they are both superb places. I first went to the Rancho shop and was just getting back into riding so needed some serious help and advice.

I spent a full hour with one of the employees there. I always forget his name, but its pretty unique. Something like Umira (sorry if I butchered it). Anyway, I spent an hour just asking tons of questions and he really spent the time to answer them thoroughly. I felt no pressure at the end to buy a bike, but at the same time, I felt educated enough to make a decent decision.

Everytime I've gone back to either store, the employees have been more than helpful. Some remember me which is cool. Not only that, I've found their prices to be very reasonable. If you buy a bike from them, you get two years of free tune-ups as often as you need them. How cool is that?

Anyway, great shop, great employees, great products and great prices.

If you live close, this should be your home shop.

My wife and I are fairly new to cycling. We have found there staff to be very helpful. No question asked has been too dumb. Wehave bought two bikes there and will buy two more in within the year. I would highly recommend them if service is important to you.

A great shop with helpful staff. They have a great knowledge of local trails and sponsor local offroad and road rides.
