Dropped off road bike with broken brifter. Three weeks later and alot of B.S. excuses when I called, I finally got fed up and paid a unexpected visit. They hadn't done a damn thing execpt tear it apart and put all the parts in a bag. The mechanic on duty had no clue about the status of the bike and couldn't even cough up a half ass apology as I was walking out the door with my broken bike. I've given Incycle thousands of dollars in new bike sales and repairs but I'll never set foot in any of there shops AGAIN.

I've been visiting Incycle Bike Shops for almost a year and am very pleased they are around. There customer service is by far the best and if you want it they can have it built or find it for you. You might pay 5 cents on the dollar more than Super-Go but no where near the customer service or the level of knowledge. I purchased my Cannondale Jekyll 1000 MTB and Caad 6 with Dura Ace components road bike and have had zero problems with either. SuperGo couldn't come anywhere close to the deal I received there. The owners at Incycle are bar none two of the most in the know guys you would want taking care of your equipment. The mechanics that work there are also seasoned vets of the biking world who know there stuff. As you can tell I can't say enough good things about this place.

These guys rock if you ride anything from a 2,000 dollar beach cruiser to $200 MTB they have, or can get anything you need and have seen it all.

Twice now I feel as I've been taken here.I told the manager that I was not all that impressed with different things they had to offer. The manager had told me that the specialized cranks (Strongarm) were in between a XT and an XTR.I took him at face value and said if thats the truth go ahead and put them on.They did and I was not at all pleased with the results.Better then I previously had but no where near what he had promised.I then started to read up on the strongarm and printed out a lot of articles and customer responses to these cranks, and let me tell you I have found very few who give them anything more then a D rating.I took this info and returned to the LBS and was told that I could have changed these articles to say anything I wished.Well, instead of taking this kid by the throat and kicking the living s*it out of him I bit my lip and decided then and there that I'd have nothing further to do with them and to let others know of my experiences with these guys. Also if you do go in, notice how they will push the specialized products before all others.I think it's a money issue and that they really don't give a rats a$$ about thier customers.

INCycle is the best! :) They are always helpful, have parts in stock that I need, and order quickly anything that they don't have. They also have the best selection of women's cycling clothing of the shops in this area.
