Bicycle Sales and Service, Fitting, Training/Coaching, Special Needs and Challenged riders, Infant/Child equipment and safety advice. Famous Life-Time TuneUps
We pruchased a bike here during the holdiays they then offered to hold it for us until Dec. 23. We went to pick it up and they cold not find it and discovered they sold it even though we had already paid cash for it. The only thing they did which still was not right offered a bigger bike at the same price that our son would not be able to ride as it would be too big for him.We did not hear a I am sorry or any other disocunt or free product nothing at all. We did get lucky as a bike store in Buellton, CA was opened on Dec. 24 and they had a nice bike the correct size and they salesperson was extremely helpful when I told him what the Bike Barn had done. That store almost ruined a small childs christmas and I will never leave a bike with them again as they do not have a good system saying sold on the bikes and allow people to buy bikes that had already been purchased it is a joke their saying they hold the bikes until Dec. 23 huh.

Great and super fast service. Lisa is great. I needed a qucik fix on my bike and mechanics Tony and Matt got right on it, while Lisa helped me pick out some much needed cold weather clothing. Then they invited me on their Saturday morning ride and David who is an elite level coach gave me some great pointers and tips that made riding so much more fun. Thanks so much Bike Barn.

Not only an excellent bike shop, but they have a USCF Certified Trainer and bicycle fitter, services for disabled (including wheelchair tires, trikes, motor-assisted bicycles, etc.) and infant/child riding experience. The owners and most staff ride in clubs and competition. But best of all, Lisa is a fantastic person.

An excellent bicycle shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They go out of their way to help you find the right bike. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about bikes and could easily have gotten ripped off. Instead, Lisa (the owner) encouraged me to find the bike that was right for me without spending a lot of money. In the end she saved me $70 in comparison to another shop I went to. Even though there are closer bicycle shops, I go to Santa Maria because they took such good care of me and my bike.
