I went looking for a road bike, and was impressed by the helpful attentiveness of the employees. Their prices are fair and selection decent, but don't expect personal attention throughout your time there. If you're looking for a road bike, take your money to FasTrack... they'll give you a better quality bike and fit for the same price as Hazards.

I went to the shop, Bill helped me with bike measurement and gave useful information on the bike I'm looking for to commute. The other 3 bike shops didn't do this.

I'm impressed, will go back again.

I agree, these guys have terrible service. I called for a part; Surge was very rude.

I concur with the customers above. Lousy customer service from arrogant salestaff. Would not provide service at quoted price - upsold new price and expected me to pay without explanation. Mind-numbing.

Hazards Bike shop has helped me with adjustments on my road bike for years even though i did not purchase my bike at their shop. They have always been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I love this shop.

I took my bike in there for a little tune up. The guy, Sergio, called me a few hours later to tell me my rear derailer broke, and for $100 he'd install a new one. I told him, no, he was going to put a new one on for free since he broke it. I talked to the manager and still no luck.

These guys suck. Do not go in. They are idiots.

These guys are horrible! I went in to order parts for a
second wheelset and they pretty much snubbed me.
They only order parts once a week! They treated me
like the bike snobs that they are, assuming that I didn't
know what I was talking about. DO NOT GO TO THIS
BIKE SHOP! If you don't know about bikes, they will
treat you like dirt.
