Really good service, helpful staff. But if you have tech questions about mtb's or suspension ect. make sure you talk to jason the service manager , he is the most seasoned of the employees. What I found is that he is the bike guy who is determined to get you an answer on just about anything. I would definetley go back to this shop.|

o.k. These guys are awesome. They actually took the time to answer questions all of my questions, I asked about bikes they didnt even sell. Jasen ,the sevice mngr went as far as to call one of the other shops to get an answer about a bike and price for a bike they dont sell. How many shops will do that.So I left my Turner there for a New suspension fork that he had picked out for me after finding out how I would be using the bike, the fork is great and it fits my ridding perfectly. The tune-up was also perfect. I dont know alot about mountainbikes and they could have got me for more money, but he was honest and only sold me what I needed, and I got the bike back that same afternoon!!! I have never had that good of sevice anywhere so I bought another bike for my son and one for my brother as well, I was happy to spend a few thousand dollars with them and they deserve it . I really have no reason to find another shop. Keep up the good work, as buyers we love the customer first attitude.
