This shop closed April/May 2007. They are rude so it's no big deal.|
Stephen a 26 year old Weekend Warrior, riding a Giant NRS, Trek,
Shop is too small and cluttered. He never stocks any high end parts. He knows alot about bikes and nothing about customer service. I thought as a customer I could go to the local bike shop for help with a bike project. He told me not to bother him if I wasn't going to buy anything or have him build my project, because I always go in and waste his time with questions. I'm just trying to educate myself about bikes (Is that a crime?). I bet if I were a sheriff he probably would have offered me a foot massage. Sorry Manny, but your customer service stinks. I'll make sure to spread the word about you.

manny's shop is very helpful, and give great service, but sometimes people take advantage of his kindness, and some people never pay him back
there freeloaders and u know who your
thumbs up for manny
a Die-hard Enthusiast,
1. Not the most jovial of service.
2. Service is timely, and satisfactory.
3. Management listens to police scanner, and is frequently visited by friendly sheriffs.
4. Don't sell many bikes.
5. Has a local emergency pick-up service. $$$
6. Is a front for Manny's entourage/club.
7. Small, and not as clean/neat as a Jaxx, Performance, etc...
Gets the job done, but I just don't like going there.
Dick Richards a 22 year old Cross-Country Rider, riding a K2 Brass Monkey,
I'm not sure what happened with the other guy but I've never bought a bike from Manny and have still received great service. I've brought my bike in numerous times for problems ranging from simple to complex and he has always helped me and showed me what I was doing wrong, sometimes at no charge.

do NOT buy from him (manny)! may seem friendly at first but when something's wrong, don't expect any help from them. also overpriced. avoid like the plague.
