this store sucks ballz|
guy who hates wheel world a 60 year old riding a gt,
customer service--A JOKE!!!! I just had a Kona Lisa DS shipped from their store to me in NJ. After having to wait for 2 weeks ( it took them more than a week to actually ship the bike!!)everything was perfect except for a busted left hand shifter pod. I emailed them and then I ended up calling them to get a new pod. Their reply was to send the damaged pod back and wait for a replacement (which would probably have been another 2-3 weeks) or to actually pay for a whole shifter set that they would immediately send out to me, and I would be reimbursed after I send the broken one back - and this is for something that any respectable store would have checked before sending a bike out!!! I'm sorry, but after paying $1300 for a bike, and having to wait for 2 weeks to get it, to get such an answer for a $30 shifter pod is unacceptable.
They have good prices, so get whatever you need, but make sure to check it for any problems/damage. And then stay away from future "support" from their store. What "technicians" do they have that don't even check what they've put together before shipping it out?

They could not have cared less! I did not feel like buying it from them! There are better shops around! Atleast for a beginner like me, this shop is no good! Found my bike at a different place

This shop has no doubt the best reviews I've read so far, and I've read them all.
Keep up the good work

Web prices from a local shop WooHoo!
Just print the web ad and bring it in as they're not up to speed with what's on their web site.
Dan and Wade are the technical masters. Nice guys, they'll stay late to get you riding again etc.

I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgable. I told them what I needed and they got it off the shelf. Shop seems to be well stocked. They had my size and style of shoe. If you don't see what you need ask them, it may be in the back or they may be able to get it. You can't get that kind of service at the big sporting goods stores. Support your LBS!!!

The guys there are great and very helpful. I saw Steve tune a brand new bike out in the parking lot for a guy who just bought the bike at Supergo (needed their financing program to afford it), and Steve didn't ask for a dime. How's that for service?! Decent inventory (especially DH bikes), and they can order anything they don't have. Great prices.

The staff is only interested in making a sale. They didn't even take the time to properly fit me for the bike. There is only one staff member (sounds like an Aussie) who seems to know his stuff. The others are a bunch of young amateurs (stay away from Jon). They promised to send me the manuals for my major bike components and never did. Their level of expertise and service is very unimpressive.
Marc Alansworth a 47 year old Cross-Country Rider, riding a Giant Ranier and NRS 2,
I used to go here all the time and the service was great. Tha last few times Ive been this new guy, some jack off out of the airforce has allways made me walk out of the door about ready to kill something. On top of anyoying the daylights out of me he allways seems to give me the wrong part and treat me like im just another ignorant customer. I rarly make a trip over there anymore. On a good note all the rest of the employies are pretty helpful and there prices are usally much better than other local bike shops.
Smith a 22 year old Downhiller, riding a Uzzi SL,
I have gone to this shop off and on for a few years. The service has steadily declined. I bought my FSR from them, when the shock bolt bent I took it back and they wouldn't give me a new bolt, said they probably had one, but it would be too hard to find. Generally a pretty unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Asked what TPI Panaracers tires they had, and the guy did not know what TPI (threads per inch) was. My take is a bunch of grumpy guys working at jobs they don't like, perhaps the staff should apply at the Jack in the Box down the street. I would rather spend more $ for good service.

I have not been impressed with the service - in particular, I've found the sales staff to be on the rude side, and not necessarily well informed about what they carry, but maybe I've caught them on an off day. There is certainly a good selection of bikes and accessories, but for now, I don't trust the sales staffs' knowledge.
