Went to their Annual sale to check out the Kona's. Good selection. Staff was helpful and patient. No hard sell. I bought 2 bikes and expected a better discount but the boss held firm and threw in the cages and water bottles. |

I don't know about the prices being too high at Velo. Let's face it if you want a decent bike you have to spend the money, otherwise take your but to WalMart and get inferior product, otherwise known as Huffy and Murray and Magna.
I just bought a bike at Velo and I'm very satisfied with the knowledgable staff and quality although limited brand selection. They give two year free service with purchase/ Nice parts selection, cramped showroom.

A nice shop. Mostly road stuff, but a good selection of mountain bikes & parts. The staff is nice. The prices are a bit high, but they WILL match other shops' prices.
