this shop is okay for bmx/ road bikes. i used to go here for all the parts but as i got older i needed different things, like suspension. when i went here to order a part for a fork they told me "manitou threw away their previous products" and no longer support them. this was because manitou was bought out by hayes. but an email from manitou said they had the part. this place knows alot about bikes but they lack info on freeride/downhill bikes

mark a Downhiller,
My dealings with this shop was a crapy one. i went to test ride a bike and they wanted me put half the money down. i said all i wanted to do was test it out. i was going to buy the bike that day butafter being treated like crap i took my money and bussiness somewhere else. This shop is over priced and over rated.

Dealing with this shop was a joke. Tried to order a simple bike part and the guys couldn't get it. They said that I needed a deposit to order it and then didn't want to refund my deposit after they couldn't get it. I think they spent it on CRACK.

Re-entering the road cycling scene after a 20 year break, the folks at the shop were knowledgable, helpful, and answered my questions. They know their products, and have opinions that they're not afraid to share.

Ken a 50 year old Weekend Warrior, riding a Orbea,
Only went here because it was local, and didn't want to drive to my usual shop in the SFV. Quoted me a price on the phone but when I dropped it off, they called the next day and quoted me a higher price. Even though I supplied almost all the parts. Get ready to deal with a lot of arrogance in this place.

Roscoe a 34 year old Weekend Warrior, riding a Beater,
I dropped a ton of money in this place on equipment and training and still I get nothing but attitude and shoddy repairs. Hard to find and should stay that way.
