Bicycle Service Center
1725 W. Florida Ave.
These guys are the worst in service I’ve experienced in over 50 years of riding a bike. |
I came to the shop asked if they could do a simple adjustment and have my bike ready the
same day. At first they said yes, moments later when I returned with my bike they said I would have to pick it up the next day.
They acted as if they were over-whelmed with business in the middle of a Saturday, I was the first person in the shop when they opened.
I consider what they did as being the worst service, and if they did to me they could do it to you. I took it immediately to Strawberry’s,
Don did the adjustment within half an hour while attending to other customers at the same time since he was the only person in the shop.
Now that is what I call SERVICE.

Nice looking website, but most of your links don't work, like the link to your products for example.

After two attempts to have a flat fixed the owner put me off again! I was first in line when the store opened. Someone behind me was promised their bike first although their bike needed more work. They bought their bike there, I did not. The other staff there treats me well. I have given this store quite a bit of buisness. Buyer beware!
