I was so glad that Jones guys were there today for me. I was in a bind and they helped me out in a BIG way! Thanks guys. I will take my bike back there for service because you ROCK! I was greeted the minute I walked in the door, and they took very good care of me.

Jones has terrible customer service! For good service, great prices, a wider selection, and quick repairs try Jax Bicycle Center (562) 421-4646 3000 N Bellflower Blvd
Long Beach, CA. They will hook you up! Jones staff is too busy talking to one another to offer any help. I will never spend another penny in Jones! They do not respect all customers.

I've dealt with JP/Jones for almost ten years, buying 3 bikes
from them. JP is outstanding in his insight into the
apprehensions of customers, and is able to effectively help
them.

He quickly trains new customers/riders to use their
equipment effectively.

What a Guy!

I shop both Jones stores (San Marino and Long Beach). I remember JP because he is cursed with the same name as me! He was very helpful, and gave me great advice, as I was new to disk brakes when I bought my Raleigh. The San Marino guys are top notch too, and their prices are great!

Great Service! I agree with the 4 links. His name is actually JP, and he is the assitant manager (as well as a pro wheel builder). The floor sales staff goes through phases (some real sharp guys on the floor right now), but the mechanics have allways been very good, and getting special order parts and services is stress free. I understand staffing a retail sales floor can be difficult, but what keeps me coming back to a bike store is the service, and Jones has always done all they could to keep my bike running great. Great mechanics, great epertise, great prices!

The "4 Links" rating is based solely on the mechanic, J.B. He is totally professional and efficient. As for the sales staff, they're relatively clueless.
