 Gear for a Stumpjumper
I have a '95 Stumpjumper M2 FS, and need to replace some parts. The shock is old, beat and broken, any suggestions on a good solid shock, for an agressive rider. I raced BMX back in the day and have been riding mtb for several years, just spent the past few on the couch after long days at work. I also need to replace the Grip Shifters, do they still make them? It looks like the company changed names. Any recommendations on grip type shifters?

Cheers

The sram shifters are nice, but to tell you the truth. I think it would be cheaper to buy a new bike. My buddy tried to keep an old GT running, and he said he put to much money into it. Incycle cyclery in San Dimas and Chino always has cool bikes. Also check the performance website. I seen an Iron horse dual suspension with disc brakes for 699.00. i think that you would spend half of that on a new fork for your Stumpjumper. Hope this was helpful and keep pedaling.
