 Grease?
I'm building up my new S-Works Epic frame and am wondering what type of grease to use on the BB shell threads and seatpost (have a Thompson elite alum). Do I grease the headtube before pressing in headset cups? Anything else needs grease besides my chamois?

XTR cranks 22/34/44 175mm
XTR front Der
SRAM X.9 triggers, X.O rear der, PC99 chain and cassette
Avid Ultimate V brakes and levers (don't want to buy new wheels)
Crossmax wheelset
Easton EC90 bar and EA70 stem
SID Team fork (don't want to buy a new fork)
Time SX carbon pedals
Selle Italia SLK saddle

should be nice and light and fast

Any suggestions on grips?

I've been using Phil Wood grease for years on everything my bikes need grease for. Never a problem.

    Yes, on the headtube.

A little in the hair will do wonders too. ;-)

    Here's my choice of grips:
