This FSA Mega Exo Bottom Bracket is pretty cool. I just bought the set, its the kind that has the shaft connected to the drive side of the crankset and the shaft goes through the BB cups. As far as how long they last opposed to my Isis Splined BB that I replaced it with, who knows. But I like the ease of removing the crankset and the BB cups.

He doesnt own a bikeshop anymore, like pretty much everyone who used to post here, he's moved on.
Sad because I think most of the bikers here also moved on as well---as no longer excited about biking, parts,
frames, new stuff, anything dealing with the sport.

They spilt off in to SocalTrailRiders.com and (mainly) the Turner forum at MTBR. I'm sure they would LOVE to see you ride on in there....

you know what? ...never met the guy, have no idea what he looks like. If he walked by
and I was to bump into him, I'd never know. I also know nothing about his background,
what he does for work, nada, nothing. So no, I really don't miss him.....
