Since it's impossible to get up to Henniger, it's going to be at Millard.

No you can get there, but it's a long climb back out.I read a story about some guys who were of the downhill persuasion and were not aware of the landslide oblitorating the Toll road. Well, they were there a little late in the evening and took the road down till they got to the slide. Now stuck with the prospect of climbing/walking back out, they turned around. They found a ranger who told them how to cut back down through Chantry and thats how they finished, ouch. In the dark.I heard there's a horse trail through this area somewhere and they wouldn't of had to climb all that way,but the ranger never told them about it. Never hurts to check trail conditions before doing a ride. This one was widely known.I guess they'll check from now on,you think?
    BTW, Isn't that Brakefast?

    It's at Millard CG

If you're willing to hike-up it (and hike down it), in case of an emergency, 1 mile up from the bridge, there's a little hikers and equestrian only single track that drops you down in the canyon, just north of the nature center. If these guys were really stuck, all they had to do is ride (or hike) back up 1 mile and hike down this trail and into the canyon. The ranger didn’t tell them of it because I’m sure once these guys knew of this 1 mile connector, it would start getting used and abused; can‘t say I blame the ranger. I highly recommend no one takes this route, unless you've been hiding under a rock for the past 4-6 weeks and are unaware of the conditions and landslides and are stuck in sub zero conditions @ 2:00 a.m.

Just for argument sake, how exactly? Up Chantry and up Mt. Wilson Trail? No way to even get to the top of Wilson at this point. (?)
