Whats up with all the sand on the trails? Does the city sand the trails or is it a malicious neighbor with a hidden camera? Someone also put dirt inside one of the drainage ditches near laguna lake. This kind of trail maintaince fuels the equestrians to boot us off the trail. People need to learn how to clear these small gaps.
